First imagine the moon in its current phase and imagine a silver light coming down from the moon to the top of your head. As this brilliant light fills your body, take in deep cleansing breaths, relaxing each muscle as the light flows through your body. Stay in this state picturing the light flowing in you for as long as you need to relax.
This is an extremely easy meditation for beginners, it helps to clear the mind and helps you to focus.
